In this lecture, Alexander Vindman will analyze the roots of the Russia-Ukraine war and examine its geopolitical context. His talk will encompass the period from 1991 to the present and include a discussion on the implications of the war for the next decade.
Alexander Vindman is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel and former White House National Security Council Director for Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Russia, Senior Fellow at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies' Foreign Policy Institute, Pritzker Military Fellow at the Lawfare Institute, executive board member of the Renew Democracy Initiative, and a senior advisor for VoteVets.
